I am trying to find out about the status of an order that I placed on Nov 7. I have sent e-mails and made phone calls and I can not get a response. My account has been charged for it but the status still says pending.
I placed an order on 11/15, funds removed from my account on 11/17. Received confirmation email upon placing the order. The Order status link does not work. I have sent over 50 emails and left approximately 10 voicemails ... I need the the status of my order !!!
